Procedures for registering and entering the Junior Circuit
1. All bowlers wishing to take part in the Junior Circuit 2011 must first register themselves using the Form MTBCJGREG-1. The form can be collected at MTBC’s office or downloaded from the MTBC website.
2. The bowlers must then filled in the form and together with the registration fee of RM30, submitted to the State Representative of the Junior Circuit (JC) who then submits to the MTBC’s office. The registration fee is valid for 1 calendar year.
3. Each bowler will then be issued with a unique registration number and will use this number for registration when entering any other circuit legs and will keep this unique number until the bowler retires from the JC.
4. MTBC will appoint JC State Representatives (JCSR) who will administrate the JC matters for the state. All matters relating to the JC will be through the JCSR. The JCSR is to check all bowlers submitted are members of the respective State Tenpin Bowling Associations before submitting to MTBC.
5. Registration for the JC2011 will now close on Wednesday, 16 March 2011 and the entries for the Penang Leg which will be held at Premium Lanes, Penang will close on Monday 21 March 2011.
6. After receiving all entries for each leg, the Tournament Director of the JC will then issue the schedule and lane assignments, 1 week before the particular leg.
7. All trainees of the respective State USPTN program must take part in a minimum of 3 legs of the 6 legs in West Malaysia while the trainees in the East Malaysia USPTN programs must take part in both the East Malaysia legs.
The following persons have been appointed Junior Circuit State Representatives (JCSR) (pending confirmation) and shall administer all affairs with regards to the Junior Circuit in their respective states. Please note that the JCSR is on a volunteering basis.
